Mission

Art Donations was founded to connect collectors and estates with museums and streamline the process of donating artwork to institutions. Getting artwork from a donor to a recipient can prove challenging; many museums are only looking for certain artists or genres, so instead of leaving donors to reach out individually to multiple institutions, we provide a platform where artworks can be posted as available. Museums then have access to these listings, and can likewise streamline their own process of finding available works.

Through our specialized platform, Art Donations seeks to help donors place high quality artwork in the collections of outstanding museums across the country.
